Dough & Brew opened in June 2016 and is located on Brook Street, five minutes walk from the beautiful castle and one minute from the historic Lord Leycester Hospital & the Market Place. Serving both sourdough pizza and freshly made pastas alongside an incredible range of local craft beers and delicious wines.
The emphasis is always on flavour using where possible locally sourced great quality ingredients. Where we can we create the dishes from raw ingredients to ensure fresh, healthy flavours.
Dough & Brew's interior, designed by owner John Martin, brings something different to Warwick whilst giving a relaxed atmosphere for people to enjoy great food. The layout offers shared dining space as well as individual tables and al fresco dining when the weather conforms!
